Terms of Service

Cancellations

I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 25% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

Late Arrival

Last-Minute Service Reductions

Should you decide to eliminate a service that has been schedule without 48 hours notice, you will still be required to pay for half of that service value. When possible I may be able to substitute another service in its place. This is solely at my discretion. 

If you are running late, I will do everything possible to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that I will most likely have a guest arriving after you. If you are 5 minutes late or more, your service may be cut short to accommodate for time. A $15 time fee will

be assessed at the end of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment as to not inconvenience my next guest.

Saved Payment  Method

All guest's payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor.

Retail Returns

A very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment you have with me. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed.  I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Protect Your Investment

Using salon professional products for at home care, protects the health of your hair and longevity of your color service once you leave the salon. 

If you choose to use products not purchased at Verve Hairdressing, I cannot guarantee the authenticity of your products or the longevity of your results once you leave the salon.

Products can be purchased on my site or in the salon and I am happy to make recommendations for the best products for your hair color, texture, and desired results.

Outside Products

For insurance reasons, and the need for proper material safety data, I am not able to accommodate or allow product brought in from outside

Verve Hairdressing.

No exceptions, thank you for understanding.
